The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the maximum single deposit accepted is ৳1,00,000. Deposits are generally credited within 5–15 minutes. For failed transactions, please contact us within 24 hours.
A minimum balance of ৳1,000 is required to make a withdrawal. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000. Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 1–4 hours.
Please Note: Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
